    • Evaluating and mitigating risks to prevent recurrence.

Health Policy Statement

At Chuxin Mega Resources Ltd, we are committed to ensuring a healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, and third parties. We strive to protect the health of our workforce from all hazards associated with daily operations by ensuring that:

  • All employees are medically certified as fit by a qualified doctor before engagement. Qualified first aid personnel and adequately stocked first aid boxes are available on-site.
  • Safe and sufficient portable drinking water is provided for all personnel on-site.
  • Emergency medical evacuation (Medevac) facilities, including standby vehicles, are readily available on-site.
  • A Retainership Clinic is maintained in a nearby town to provide healthcare support for the entire workforce.

Seat Belt Policy

At Chuxin Mega Resources Ltd, the safety of our drivers and passengers is a top priority. To ensure protection during transit, the company has established the following policy:

  • All project vehicles and private company cars are equipped with functional seat belts.
  • It is mandatory for all drivers and passengers to wear seat belts at all times while in a vehicle.
  • For very short distances where seat belts cannot be safely used, walking is recommended instead of riding without a seat belt.

  • Before any project execution, the host communities will be consulted through their designated Community Liaison Officer (CLO).
  • The benefits and impact of the project will be clearly communicated in community forums, in line with client specifications for community engagement.
  • We will be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and cultural values of host communities.
  • Host communities will be considered during employment to develop local skills and provide opportunities in various fields of engagement.
  • We will maintain ongoing dialogue with all segments of the host community to foster cordial relationships.
  • Chuxin Mega Resources Ltd will work in partnership with the host community on community development projects.
  • Any activity identified as hazardous, unsafe, unhealthy, or environmentally adverse will be suspended until safer solutions are implemented.

Security Policy Statement

The company shall comply with client security systems and, as a supplementary measure, provide additional security to safeguard personnel, third parties, materials, and equipment on site.
